Address for Headquarters and Commercial Delegation

This address can also be used and made available for commercial purposes, such as:

  • Reception Postal and Commercial Mail;
  • Reception of Fiscal and Official correspondence;
  • Reception of any orders/volumes.
Correspondence Reception & Notification

Whenever received some sort of correspondence addressed to your company, PRISMAAT Group notifies you until the end of day. Notifications are made via email.

Forwarding and / or Scanning of Correspondence

Through the action protocol, the received documentation for your company may be directly returned by mail to a specific address, or sent via email after scan (correspondence opening requires written permission).

Commercial reception with notification

You will be notified if a Customer and/or Supplier visits PRISMAAT without prior appointment. In this situation, the notification is made on reception, so that appropriate action is taken in time.

Notifications are made via email.

Phone Number with Service

A unique landline number for your company will be awarded.

The calls for your company will be answered in PRISMAAT, and taken care by the agreed treatment protocol.

All information transmitted by telephone will be registered and later sent via email.

Call Forwarding

All telephone calls to your company can be forwarded to other contacts, fixed or mobile, depending on the subject.

Meeting Room

Your company is entitled to up to the agreed hours of use of meeting room (not cumulative monthly) to meet with customers or suppliers or any business development required by you company.

The use of the meeting room requires prior booking and it is subject to availability of the room during office hours.
